PLEASE ARRIVE ONE HOUR PRIOR TO LESSON TIME WHEN RENTING EQUIPMENT. How should I dress to keep warm in Utah? Dress in layers because it is always easy to remove layers as you warm up. Several thin layers of clothing are better than one think layer. Next to skin, the layer should wick moisture (not cotton, which absorbs moisture and feels colder sooner). One good lightweight to medium weight sock that extends above the boot is better than two pairs of socks (no cotton). Goggles (double lens) are warmer and more protective of UV rays than sunglasses. Call or visit the helpful folks at Diamond Peak for more information. How do I handle the high altitude? It is important to say hydrated all day. Alcohol and caffeine defeat this purpose. What will I learn in my first lesson? PLEASE ARRIVE ONE HOUR PRIOR TO LESSON TIME WHEN RENTING EQUIPMENT. Visit First Day Lesson for details. Do you have group discounts? Yes, contact us.
